By accessing and using IC Pay services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
IC Pay provides payment processing services that allow businesses to accept cryptocurrency payments. Our services include payment processing, wallet management, and related financial services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and using our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services for any illegal activities.
All fees are charged in the currency specified at the time of service. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or late payment.
IC Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to our services, and we will process any remaining transactions according to our standard procedures.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IC Pay operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
